What the badge means

HubSpot's Industry Specialist badge isn't a participation award. It's given to partners who can demonstrate real, proven capability within a specific vertical, the ability to deliver industry-specific solutions and integrations, and crucially, the ability to speak the language of that industry and understand its unique pain points.

For construction, that means understanding project-based revenue cycles, subcontractor relationships, tender and quoting processes, field-to-office communication gaps, and the operational complexity that comes with running jobs across multiple sites and teams.
